Is the MD/CEO of the company and is an experienced entrepreneur who was attracted to the renewable energy space in 2007. Since then, he has been involved in acquiring and disposing of huge number of renewable energy projects for clients throughout the country.

Since graduating from University of Port Harcourt, Mr. Okey has gained over 22 years of solid business experience with many Global leaders including Halliburton Wireline and perforating PSL to name a few. He has an extensive knowledge of renewable energy, with many years experience specialising in the renewable energy and Home Automation market. Mr. Okey's strengths include deal closing, negotiating and the ability to always find a solution.

Is an accountant of many hears standing with a leaning towards a management accounting and human resource management. She is an administrator of several years standing working at the finance and administrative manager level in several companies like, Oildata Wireline services, Heartland Hydrocarbon company.

She has managed the accounting departments of several organizations including, Best Land and Sea Services and Delta environmental Services. She is adept at systems implementation and management

Is the business relations manager and graduated from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds an MBA from Birmingham City University Business school in the UK. She has over 12 years of high-level strategic leadership and Business management experience and has been involved in launching and running many small and medium size businesses in diverse sectors such as communications, logistics, Telecoms services sector, real estate, IT and energy sector.

For the last 2 years Chioma has been directly involved in the renewable energy industry working throughout the country. she has an extensive knowledge of renewable energy, with many years experience specialising in the renewable energy and Automation market. Chioma's extensive network and strong relationships with IT developers, Banks and Fund Managers position her perfectly within this rapidly developing industry in Nigeria. She is a skilled and proven negotiator with a creative involvement in all aspects of the transactional process for the company.

Is the Sales Executive at AED Technologies. She has many years of experience within the sales and business development sectors. Prior to joining AED Technologies, Uju worked as the Head of Retail and Supply for Jatech Nigeria Ltd. She was responsible for building good client-relationships and conducting thorough market research in order to understand the customer's needs.

She orchestrated major business sponsorships and partnerships that resulted in a significant increase in sales and profits for the company. She received her Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University Of Durham in the UK and holds a Master's degree in International Defence and Security from Cranfield University, UK.

Is the Operations Engineer at AED Technologies. He has many years of experience within the Energy Sector. Damilare is known for his analytical and numerical skills. He likes trying out new procedures/processes. Prior to Joining AED Technologies He wrote a genetic algorithm that can be used to optimally size solar installations.

During his time at EDERG Damilare was responsible for creating plans for solar energy system development, monitoring, and evaluation.His research works and results are geared towards energy solution for micro, small and medium scale enterprises (MSMEs) in Africa.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and holds PGD both in Management Science and Project Management. He is a graduate Member of NSE, Graduate Member of NIM and HSE certified.

Is the IT Engineer for AED Technologies Ltd. Chinedu serves as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and is responsible for overall systems development, implementation, and information technology operations. He has over 10 years' experience as an IT Engineer and excels at navigating organizations through periods of significant IT transition and transformational change. He is responsible for overall systems development, implementation, and information technology operations.

His extensive experience includes roles as software developer, business IT executive and customer service team Leader. Prior to joining us, Chinedu was recruited by COMACO Corporative to revitalize their Product Development and Professional Services. In his role as Chief Transformation Officer, he developed and executed a multi-year strategic plan for the development of their new Financial Enterprise platform. His execution and delivery focus is the key to the success he brings to our company.
